Well it takes courage to try these, I did chicken out of it, these rides just did not interest me much. There is a Tiger Island too, it has rarest cats in a man-made habitat. These Theme parks also offer great accommodation facilities.
Goldcoast also has great rainforests for nature lovers. There are organized tours available to
enjoy bushwalking in Springbrook National Park. This national park is known for its most unusual geological feature created over millions of years by water tumbling through the roof of a basalt cave. It is also popular for glow worms, special Nocturnal tours are organized to see glow-worms. There is a long walking trail surround by hundreds and hundreds of old tress, mostly native vegetation. There are few sights of rare birds too. It is a great spot for a day trip, just pack a picnic lunch and plenty of water.
Mount Tamborine in Goldcoast is the one of the most beautiful part of the city with its green valley, distant mountain ranges and hills and views of the coastal shores. Mount Tamborine is known for its wine and food trails. It is one of the most popular wedding venues. Tamborine Mountain National Park is popular among nature lovers for its walking tracks. Gallery Walk is a great place to for a walk after enjoying a nice brunch at Tamborine exotic cafes. Gallery Walk is lined with shops, craft and gift shops, galleries offering modern things to traditional things to shop. It is always good to check with Information Centre about the festivals in Tamborine and plan accordingly. There are some great hotels and spas in Mount Tamborine.
If you are keen to see a Kangaroo, Koala, aligator, igaunan, a crocodile or a snake or any Aussie native animal from close then Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, O’ Rielly’s and David Flea Wildlife Park are the one which will leave you with a lifetime experience. These wildlife parks
have many species of native animals living in their natural habitat. There are also special times during the day when the visitors can pose with their favourite animals and catch a special moment ina camera. If you are intrigued by dinosaurs or want to impress your kids, then O’Rielly is the best. Thunderbrid Park in O’Rielly’s is known for its Dinosaurs Eggs. It’s great place to spend your day with lots of other outdoor activities and also it has a beautful restauarnt with a great menu had great views. If you have enough time then visit Sunshine Coast to see Steve Irwins Australia Zoo. One of the world’s best zoo, with lots of different animals to see and heaps of animal shows. Ofcourse Sunshine has many other places of interest too. If the beach does not impress you or the Theme Parks or the shopping centers then you should try Goldcoast’s golf courses. It has some of the best golf courses designed by the world famous golf champions.
